I have worked with Tejas for 6 months and every day he has been amazing. He listened to our needs, advised the best solutions and delivered a solution which will provide a platform to move away from manual spreadsheets. He has been vocal and passionate about delivering a high quality output throughout the 6 months and I believe it has paid off.

Tejas helped develop Synamedia’s Anaplan data model whilst he was working in the FP&A team. He built me an Anaplan to PowerBI powered pivot table on Excel which I still use today as an extremely useful tool to see both “the big picture” combined which the ability to dive in to the details when reviewing monthly financial performance.

I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Tejas for eight years starting off as my line manager, and then becoming a business confident. Above all, I have been impressed with Tejas’s ability to invent and simplify business processes, and identify opportunities for personal development for both himself and his team.

I had the pleasure to work with Tejas and he was an asset to the team, being able to bring significant improvements to the existing financial processes, facilitating the automation and expedition of those His enthusiasm, passion and knowledge of FP&A are outstanding! Tejas is one of the most passionate people I have ever worked with. Tejas is detailed oriented and at the same time able to translate that into business results. During his role as my FP&A leader, Tejas worked on various cross functional transformation and org redesign initiatives which helped us deliver on our targets and the approach was then replicated across the GE Healthcare business.

Tejas joined us at a challenging time where we were transitioning from an old finance structure in to a new activity specific structure. He just completely ‘owned’ sorting the solution I had outlined for him. He was such a breath of fresh air and relief.. to have someone totally autonomous who just passionately went and got on with the job at hand!
